Hey everyone from Saint Petersburg! I'm considering upgrading my CPU from the Ryzen 5800X to the 9800X3D but I'm unsure if it's a smart move. Currently, I have a 6800XT video card. What do you think?

Upgrading to the 9800X3D makes sense only if your 5800X is underperforming or bottlenecking your 6800XT. What’s your primary reason for wanting to upgrade? Is it for gaming, multitasking, or something else? Also, what resolution are you gaming at?
I would recommend sticking with your 5800X for now. If you're looking to improve performance, consider upgrading your GPU instead. Wait for AM6 to drop before you think about changing CPUs.
