I've been having a frustrating issue with my PC where it randomly freezes, accompanied by strange audio glitches, and sometimes it just restarts with a black screen. Here are my specs: CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 7600, GPU is a Gainward GeForce RTX 4070 Super Ghost OC 12GB, I'm using an MSI MAG 650W power supply, and my motherboard is an ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2. I've got 32GB of ADATA RAM running at 6000MHz with EXPO enabled, but it crashes even when EXPO is off. This problem started after I moved to a new apartment about a year ago. The crashes mostly happen during gaming, but I've noticed they can occur even while just browsing. I've checked temperatures and undervolted my GPU, but the issue persists. When under load, my GPU can heat up quite a bit, but I've managed to reduce those temps to 60-70°C with undervolting. After a crash, the chances of it crashing again increase, even if I'm not doing anything intensive on the PC. I'm really at a loss here. Any ideas?

You're not alone with this! Microsoft has been rolling out fixes for stability issues in Windows 11, particularly with the 24H2 version. If you haven’t already, check for updates, especially the one that’s set to be available this August. It addresses some crashes during gaming and other random freezes. Could be worth a shot after you update your drivers too!
It sounds like you might be dealing with a hardware issue, especially since it started after your move. First off, check your PSU. The MSI MAG 650W might not be enough for your setup, especially under load. It’s pushing with the Ryzen 5 and RTX 4070 Super combined. Consider testing with a more powerful PSU, like a 750W. Also, try disconnecting the 12-pin adapter temporarily. Sometimes those can be finicky and cause power issues. And definitely run some RAM tests with MemTest86 to check for any instability. Sometimes moving can cause RAM to get slightly unseated. Good luck!
One simple thing to try is to switch power sockets in your apartment. Sometimes the electrical setup can cause issues. Also, when using 'perfmon /rel', see if you can spot any patterns or specific errors that might point to what's crashing your system! If there’s a driver issue, a rollback might do the trick as well.
Yeah, definitely give that a shot. I had similar issues before, and reseating everything helped me a lot!
