I'm planning to build a gaming PC for the first time and I have a budget of $1000. I already own a 3060 Ti GPU and I'm reusing some other parts, including an Intel i7 11700F CPU, a 1TB SSD, and a few extra fans. However, I'm open to switching to AMD if it makes sense for my build. Does anyone have recommendations for good parts or setups considering my budget? Also, I live near a Micro Center, which might help with pricing.

You've already got a decent gaming PC going! Just grab a motherboard, some RAM, and a case, and you should be set. Save the rest of your budget for future upgrades; you’ll be glad you did!
I suggest looking at the Intel i5-13400F. It's a solid value and outperforms even some i9 CPUs from earlier generations. Plus, it supports newer tech like DDR5, which is a big plus. Here’s a sample build [PCPartPicker List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tXLTh7) that I think would work great for you.
If I were you, I'd consider selling the parts you have. The 3060 Ti could give you an extra $200, and the i7 11700F has good resale value too. Check out this build that fits within your budget with just a few tweaks: [PCPartPicker Link](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DPdgfd). You can replace the case with any you like, and with your $1000 plus the cash from selling your GPU, you should be covered!
Any suggestions for a motherboard? I'm also leaning towards an NZXT case but still exploring options.
