I'm building my first PC and I'm trying to figure out a good deal for a used GPU in Japan. Here's the build I'm going for: a Ryzen 7500F, 32GB of RAM, a 1TB SSD, a B650 motherboard, and a 650W or 750W PSU. I've found these prices for used GPUs: $200 for an RTX 3070, $240 for an RX 6800, $270 for an RX 6800 XT, $270 for an RTX 3080, and $220 for an RX 6700 XT. I want to know which of these is the best deal, especially considering I'm also worried about electricity costs in the long run!

Either the RX 6800 or 6800XT will serve you really well, especially with 16GB VRAM. Just keep in mind, 8-10GB might limit texture quality in newer games. Power efficiency won't be a big issue unless you're running it at full load for hours. The 6800XT is about 200 watts vs. 250 watts for the 6800, so it could be slightly better in that sense.
The RX 6800 non-XT at $240 seems like the best option here. It's got solid performance and great VRAM for the price!
What about the RTX 3080 12GB? It's great for DLSS, which can really make a difference. Just curious, what's the price for that one where you are?
Yeah, that’s way too high for what I’m looking for!
Totally agree with you! For the cost and wattage efficiency, the 6800 non-XT is the way to go.
That RTX 3080 for $270 is a steal! It can handle 1080p max settings without breaking a sweat, making it a solid option too.
The 6800XT is a great choice if you can stretch your budget a bit. It performs really well overall!
Unfortunately, the 12GB version is about $500 here, which seems pretty steep for my budget.
