I previously asked for some advice on a build I'm considering, and after doing some research and reading through the responses, I've put together a budget-friendly setup. I'm looking for feedback on whether this will handle my day-to-day tasks and some gaming. Here's what I've got so far:
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor
- **Motherboard**: ASRock B650M Pro RS WiFi Micro ATX AM5 Motherboard
- **Memory**: 16GB (please note this got mixed up in my note; the motherboard supports it)
- **Storage**: TEAMGROUP MP33 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
- **GPU**: Sparkle GUARDIAN OC Arc B570 10 GB Video Card (I know you suggested using a 16GB one, but they're a bit out of my price range)
- **Case**: Montech AIR 100 ARGB MicroATX Mid Tower Case
- **Power Supply**: MSI MAG A650BN 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
I'm still deciding on a Linux distro but I'm leaning towards one that's recommended for gaming, like Bazzite. Would this setup work well? Any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated! My budget is right at $1000 and Partspicker shows no compatibility issues.

Your motherboard looks solid! I have the non-WiFi version, and it runs great. Just a heads up about the Wi-Fi chipset—it’s a Mediatek one that might not have the best performance, so consider swapping it for an Intel AX210 if you really need stable Wi-Fi. Also, if possible, think about getting a Ryzen 7600 instead, as it's always nice to have a backup GPU if something goes wrong with your main one. The NVMe drive is fine, but you're capable of using faster drives in the future, which is something to keep in mind.
Honestly, for day-to-day tasks, this setup will handle it just fine, even with older hardware! When it comes to gaming, it really depends on the games you want to play and if your setup can manage them without issues. If these components fit your needs and budget, I say go for it!
