I've been having a really frustrating time trying to reinstall Windows 11 on my PC. It all started when I was updating and got stuck on the BitLocker screen. My PC wouldn't accept my BitLocker password, and then when I tried to install Windows on my boot drive, I got the message saying, 'Windows 11 can't be installed on this drive,' as well as 'Setup doesn't support disks or USBs.' Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

First things first, make sure to back up any important files before making major changes. You should boot from your USB installer. When you reach the 'Where to install Windows' screen, try to delete all the partitions on your boot drive until it shows 'unpartitioned space.' Then select that space and continue with the installation. You won't need your BitLocker recovery key for this; that's for a repair install, which isn't what you're doing. If your boot drive (likely disk 0) isn’t showing up, check your BIOS settings. Set the storage mode to 'AHCI' and ensure you’re in UEFI mode with secure boot enabled, and legacy/CSM boot disabled. Also, enable TPM 2.0 and restore secure boot keys to factory defaults. Good luck!
I tried deleting partitions too, but they were gray and unresponsive. What should I do then?
