What Cooler Should I Use for My Ryzen 9 7900X Build?

Hey everyone! I'm embarking on my first PC build and I've chosen some components with some guidance. I've picked out an RTX 5070 Ti for AI development, gaming, and streaming. For the CPU, I went with the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X because of its impressive multitasking capability with 12 cores. However, I've heard that the 7900X can run quite hot and I'm not confident that my current CPU cooler will suffice. I'm debating whether I should invest in an AIO liquid cooler or stick with an air cooler. If anyone has suggestions or experiences with this CPU, I'd really appreciate your thoughts! Also, if you could review my entire config and point out any possible improvements or bottlenecks, that would be fantastic. Here's my current parts list: [https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/zQhPBq](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/zQhPBq). I know I'm slightly over budget, aiming for around 1750 to 1800 EUR, and I'm considering downgrading to an 850 W PSU. Any input on that would be welcome too!

If you want to play it safe with cooling, I recommend going for a 280mm or even a 360mm AIO cooler. They tend to perform better than heavy air coolers, especially for a powerful CPU like the 7900X.

I'm not too sure about specific models, but you might want to check this AIO out: [Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/v2kqqs/arctic-liquid-freezer-iii-pro-360-77-cfm-liquid-cpu-cooler-acfre00180a). It looks like a solid option!
