Need a second opinion on my first PC build

Hey everyone! I've spent a solid 15 hours trying to understand PC components and have put together a build that I think should work. I just ordered the CPU, which is an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, but I've read that I might need to update the BIOS for it to function properly, and I'm a bit worried about that. I'd love some feedback on my entire build to make sure I'm not missing anything crucial or making any rookie mistakes. Here's what I've got lined up:

- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core Processor (already ordered due to a discount and good reviews)
- **CPU Cooler:** Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler
- **Motherboard:** MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard
- **Memory:** Patriot Viper Venom 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory
- **Storage:** Undecided, but considering:
1. ADATA LEGEND 900 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME SSD
2. Samsung 990 EVO Plus 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 5.0 X2 NVME SSD
- **GPU:** Planning to wait for the 9070 XT to go on sale—overwhelmed by choices!
- **Case:** Fractal Design Pop Air RGB ATX Mid Tower Case
- **PSU:** Adata XPG Core Reactor II 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Any suggestions or thoughts on my build would be greatly appreciated!

I'm from Poland and I'm looking at around 7000 zloty (about $1900, though probably more like $1500 when comparing to US prices). There are a few discounts popping up here on different GPUs, which I'm keeping an eye on.

What country are you building in? And what's your budget? Don't count on the 9070 XT going on sale until NVIDIA's 5000 series drops. Overall, it looks like you're on the right track, especially with the Ryzen CPU choice!
