Hey everyone! I'm dealing with an annoying issue with my Telstra 5G MU5120 portable hotspot made by ZTE. I recently discovered ants have nested inside it, and they keep coming back. I've tried to get rid of them by poking through the USB ports, but that's not working since I can't get the device open. I've looked everywhere for buttons or levers but haven't found any. I've attempted to pry it open using my fingernails, a credit card, and even a knife, but nothing seems to work. If anyone knows a way to pop the casing open, I'd really appreciate your help. I'd rather not toss it out if it can be salvaged!

I see a crack along the edge between the light grey and dark grey parts of your hotspot. You might want to try using a flathead screwdriver to gently pry it open. There could be tabs secured around the sides you can pop out too. Just be careful not to damage anything inside! Good luck!
I added some images of your device for reference. If the crack suggestion doesn’t work, maybe showing these to someone at a tech store could help you get it opened without causing any damage.
Thanks for the images! I’ll definitely show them around and see if someone can help!
