How Do I Install My Wi-Fi Driver After a Hard Reset?

I consider myself pretty savvy with computers, but I'm hitting a wall here. I did a hard reset on my Cyberpower C series due to some Wi-Fi issues—definitely not my best decision after taking some questionable advice. Now I'm trying to download the network adapter drivers using a separate hard drive and install them on another computer, but nothing seems to be working. I'm lost on which drivers I actually need and where to find them. Any guidance would really be appreciated!

First off, head over to the manufacturer's website, Cyberpower, and look for a support section. You should be able to enter your model number there to get the right drivers. If you know the specific Wi-Fi card you’ve got, you can check its manufacturer's site too. Often, it's Intel or a few other brands. Good luck!

Just to clarify, do I need to download a specific Intel driver? I found a wireless driver and saved it on the hard drive, but it's not showing up on the other PC. Is the format an issue, or is it possibly the wrong driver?

When you type in the model number, it should filter results for your exact hardware. Just make sure to type the model number precisely as indicated—no extra spaces or characters!
