I'm wrapping up my 4th year in a Computer Science program with a focus on Cloud Computing and I'm considering switching to part-time studies if I can land a full-time job. I've got my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CCP) certification and I'm working on two portfolio projects: a cloud-native environmental dashboard using AWS and Terraform, and a real-time cloud monitoring dashboard. I'm also studying for the AWS Solutions Architect – Associate and Terraform Associate certifications. Given this background, how realistic is it for me to secure a junior Cloud/DevOps position in the Toronto job market before I graduate?

You definitely sound qualified! With your AWS cert and hands-on projects, you should start applying. If anything, this will give you invaluable interview practice. You could score a job before graduation or at least get feedback to improve.

Yes, you can definitely get a job with what you've got! Going part-time is a smart move; job hunting can take a lot of time. Just keep your projects progressing and consider getting your AWS Solutions Architect cert once those are at a good level.

Honestly, landing a full-time role might be tough. As someone who hires for DevOps positions, I prefer candidates with organizational experience rather than just personal projects. It's important for a DevOps role to tackle real-world problems, which is hard to showcase without professional experience. But hey, your efforts are commendable!
