Hey everyone! I just built my first PC in a long time using parts I found in a build guide. Now, I'm facing some weird issues. The fans are showing a crazy RPM of 65535, which seems like a sensor problem, and the CPU voltage displayed in the BIOS is in red, which doesn't look right to me. I've never had to set the CPU voltage manually before when building PCs.
I might have made a mistake or two during the process. I connected two CPU power connectors even though I only have one CPU, could that be the reason for these issues? They were right next to each other. Also, some of the fans aren't spinning, especially the chassis fan that's connected to a Nexus 9P Slim Fan Hub (weird hardware that I'm not familiar with from my old days building PCs).
I'm looking for any advice on how to resolve the voltage problem, and any thoughts on why the fans aren't working properly would be great too! I've got a couple of pictures of the BIOS menu that I can share if that helps. Appreciate any guidance!

One thing you might want to try is updating your BIOS. Since the 9950X3D is a newer CPU, the BIOS might not be fully compatible yet. Also, for the fans, I recommend unplugging the fan hub to see if connecting them directly to the motherboard makes a difference. Sometimes, the hub may not be functioning correctly or isn’t set up right. There should be a 4-pin connector from the hub to the motherboard to manage the fan speeds, so ensure that’s connected too!
Updating the BIOS can indeed be tricky without an OS, but if you have a way to boot into BIOS, sometimes motherboards have a built-in BIOS flash feature that doesn’t require an OS. As for the fans, if you've double-checked the wiring and it’s all good, just give it another look to be sure. The CPU voltage being off is definitely a concern, and it could be related to the double power connector situation. It's worth carefully disconnecting one of them and seeing if that clears up the issue.
