Hey everyone! I'm new to the iPhone world, having switched from Android just a couple of days ago, and my experience took a hit when my Apple ID got locked. I've never faced anything like this with my Google Account. While my account has been restored, I'm worried. I've heard that Apple only unlocks your Apple ID once and if it happens again, you're out of luck. Can anyone clarify this? I'm really concerned about my data and what I'd do if it got locked again, especially since I couldn't even install an app to back it up after it was locked.

I couldn't find any official info that says Apple only unlocks an account once. There’s nothing on their support page that mentions such a limitation. It often depends on the reasons behind the lock in the first place, like if it was due to security flags or suspicious activity.
That’s reassuring to hear! It just feels weird since I didn't do anything out of the ordinary with my phone—just setting it up and syncing to iCloud. They restored my account without any explanation, which makes me uneasy about trusting them with my data.
