I'm building a new PC and currently have a Radeon RX 9060 XT for my GPU. My uncle is guiding me, but first, he suggested I do my own research to find compatible parts. I'm planning to get the Ryzen 7800x3D because I've heard it's a strong choice. I also have a Corsair Airflow 4000D case which my uncle gave me, and I'm waiting on a protective screen that should be arriving in two days. I could really use advice on what other parts to buy to optimize my build. Also, do you think I need to get more fans since the case only comes with two (one at the front and one at the back)?

First off, what's your budget? Knowing that can really help narrow down compatible components. Also, what resolution and refresh rate are you aiming for in your gaming? I don't have a strict budget and I've been using PCPartPicker, but the Ryzen 7800x3D isn't listed there. Can you suggest how to see if it works with my other components?
