Help! Can’t Download Windows 11 Due to Partition Issues

Hey everyone, I'm having a tough time trying to download Windows 11. I'm based in Germany (sorry for any typos). I've checked my computer's compatibility and it passed! However, I need to enable secure boot and TPM 2.0, which means I need to make some tweaks in the BIOS. I managed to get into BIOS, but then got stuck! I read that I need to convert MBR to GPT first, but I ran into issues with not having enough space, even though I have 70 GB on one drive and 400 GB on another. I even tried using some partitioning tools I found online, but I couldn't get the partitions sorted out correctly. Now I'm in a bind: I can't change the partitions, so I can't convert MBR to GPT, which is keeping me from enabling UEFI, secure boot, and TPM 2.0. Does anyone have a workaround to help me upgrade to Windows 11 or fix this partition problem? I'd really appreciate any advice!

Here’s a step-by-step you can follow: 1) Back up your important data. 2) Use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable USB with the Windows 11 installer. 3) Disconnect all other drives, except for the one that will hold Windows. 4) Power off your PC, restart, and enter BIOS to set UEFI/Secure boot and set the USB as your first boot device. 5) Install Windows and delete all partitions on the system drive—that should allow you to use GPT! Good luck!

But I can’t enable UEFI/Secure Boot. That's my problem!

The "not enough space" issue might not be about actual free space; sometimes, hidden partitions can cause problems. I’d recommend trying to use a Windows 10 ISO to repair your installation first. I had some success upgrading that way.

First off, back up all your important data before making any changes. After that, check out this guide on how to set things up for Windows 11: [rtech.support/windows](https://rtech.support/windows/). Make sure you’ve registered your Windows license too!
