How Can We Improve Our Hot Desk Booking System for Better Visibility?

Hey everyone! I'm looking for advice on our hot desk booking system that we currently manage through Outlook. The issue is that we can't see who's scheduled to be in the office on specific days or who has booked desks for the week. Is there any way we can enhance the visibility, for instance, seeing who booked a workstation for Monday? Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

If you're looking into solutions, just a heads up that if you’re not already in the Cisco ecosystem, it could get complicated and pricey. They do have solutions available like DNA Spaces if you're ever interested. But just to be clear, exploring options doesn't cost anything!

Have you considered using PowerApps? They can simplify booking systems a lot without getting super complex and they're user-friendly! There are even templates available to make setting things up easier. This could save you from having to code everything from scratch! Just a thought.

Since we're heavy users of Zoom, we utilize their Workspaces feature for hot desking. It helps us manage desk bookings efficiently and it's worked out pretty well for us. Might be worth checking out if that aligns with your setup!

Honestly, we use Robin for our desk bookings and it works great. It gives you a clear view of who booked what and when, plus it’s quite intuitive. If you’re open to trying new tools, that might be a good option!
