I'm worried that if my PC has a virus, it could spread to my family members' computers. I've scanned my computer multiple times and found no threats, but I still feel paranoid. I use a few devices with my PC: a Canon MG2500 series printer connected via USB, an external DVD drive, wired 3.5mm headphones, and Bluetooth speakers. Also, I've heard about the potential for viruses to spread through Wi-Fi and I'm curious about how common that is. What should I do?

If you're concerned about malware, a full wipe and reset of Windows is a solid option. You can access the reset option through the Windows Recovery Environment. It's a bit of a hassle, but it really clears everything out and gives you a fresh start.
After wiping, will using the same devices bring back any issues? Someone mentioned doing a USB boot from a clean computer, but isn't that risky if other computers could also be compromised?
