Hey everyone, I wanted to follow up on my earlier post about my GPU performance issues. I repasted the GPU, and that helped lower the hotspot temperature from 104.9 degrees to around 91 degrees, which I thought would prevent any throttling. However, my Time Spy benchmark results are still about the same as before. During the test, I noticed that the GPU is only hitting about 80% usage. What else can I try to improve this? By the way, my GPU fans are much quieter now and rarely go above 70%.

What clock frequency are you seeing on your GPU during the benchmarks? Sometimes that can give a clue about potential throttling or power issues.
Have you thought about overclocking your GPU? Many folks who get high benchmark scores aren't running their cards at stock settings.
I've been looking at benchmarks from others with similar setups, and despite having the same clocks, their scores are way higher. I'm not sure what's up. I even updated my imgur with the Time Spy rankings!
Have you tried running a game at 4K? It might give a better sense of how your GPU is handling loads compared to the benchmark test. Sometimes the benchmarks don't stress the GPU as much as actual gaming does.
I gave it a shot and the GPU was hitting around 97-99% usage during gameplay. So it looks like it's not an issue while gaming.
In benchmarks, I usually get about 1780-1860 MHz, averaging around 1800. Time Spy even showed an average clock of 1775.
