I'm in a bit of a situation here. My son accidentally clicked on a subscription while using his iPad, and although he canceled it, we're still getting charged for it. It's $40 for something he didn't even use! Is there a way to dispute this charge?

Can I ask how your son ended up subscribing? Is it showing up in the subscriptions list under your Apple account?
If the charge is from Apple, you should consider reaching out to App Store support to dispute it. If it's from a vendor, you’ll have to deal with them directly. Apple typically allows you to reverse a charge just once, so don't push too hard on that, or you risk having your son's Apple ID permanently banned, which would lose access to everything he's bought before.
I tried disputing it, but they didn't even respond. It's so frustrating!
It's for something called Art Workout. Honestly, I have no idea how that happened. I'm more of an Android and Windows user, so this Apple stuff is all new to me. Usually, if we run into issues, Android refunds promptly. Plus, it confuses me how it lets him make purchases without having money and then charges me later. Can I change it so he can't make purchases or it charges the moment he tries?
