I've put together a PC build, and I've really pushed my budget to the limit. I want to know if this is a good setup and if there's anything I should change or improve. Here's the link to my part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/narwal_cannibal/saved/cbdNvK. I can't really add any more, so I'm looking for advice on whether I made good choices or if I'm missing something important!

Your build looks solid overall! However, if you're trying to save costs on Windows, you can leave it unactivated for now and just buy a key later. Plus, if you can stretch your budget, consider upgrading to a 9060XT for the GPU, it could be worth it in the long run!
I'd suggest looking into your storage choice. The NV3 drive uses QLC flash, which isn't great for long-term use as it slows down over time. Consider switching to a more durable drive with TLC flash, like the Kioxia Exceria Plus or WD Blue series, for better durability and speed.
It looks like the link you posted might be incorrect. Try using an anonymous permalink by clicking 'Edit this Part List'. If you need help, there are some guides out there for formatting your parts list more clearly. Just make sure the link is working!
