I'm having a frustrating issue trying to sign into my Apple account on my Windows laptop. I recently got a free 3-month trial of Apple Music and wanted to transfer my Spotify playlist to my new Apple account. However, every time I try to sign in, I keep getting an error that says 'An unknown error has occurred.' The problem is, I don't have any Apple devices like an iPhone or a Mac, so I'm not sure how to proceed.

How recent is your Apple account? Are you trying to log in using the Apple Music app you got from the Microsoft Store or through a web browser? If it's the web browser, which one are you using?
I made my Apple account about 4 days ago. I'm trying to sign in through both Chrome and Edge.
