I'm trying to figure out if my current PC parts will let me play Marvel Rivals at 1440p and 120 FPS. Here's my build link: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GKnGZc. Specifically, I'm interested in how the graphics card will perform, and if there's a better option out there that might save me some money.

Go for the 9070XT instead; it's cheaper and supports FSR4. Just a heads up on your CPU choice too—what's your main usage? I wouldn’t recommend the i9 13900K or 14900K anymore because of some ongoing degradation issues.

Absolutely! You should be fine. While the 7900XTX with 24GB VRAM is a solid choice, you might want to consider the 9070XT with 16GB since it's generally cheaper and will still perform well at 1440p—Marvel Rivals won't use more than 16GB of VRAM.
Also, I’ve been getting 120-140 FPS at 4K with a 9070XT using FSR4 in HyperX mode, which shows it can handle quite well!
