Hey everyone! I'm curious about your experiences with HP's managed A3 MFP devices, particularly the E786dn series. I've had a demo of these printers, and they seem to be well-built with fantastic features and security options. The HP Secure Print whitepaper is quite impressive too. However, I'm familiar with the older 4000 series but know little about the MFP range when it comes to standard office printing, scanning, and OCR capabilities. I'd appreciate any insights you can provide! Cheers!

I just got three of the new models! They are fantastic! It's my first time using Microsoft Azure Universal Print, and setting everything up was super easy. I also managed to configure scanning to SharePoint and OneDrive, which I've never done before. Definitely impressed!
How are you finding the HP Insights and fleet management tools? I've heard they come with the printers and allow for cloud secure printing and user-level accounting. In my case, SharePoint and OneDrive integration could really enhance my workflow if it works as promised!
Did you have to subscribe to anything for the SharePoint/OneDrive scanning feature? Some clients with new Xerox printers had to deal with licensing fees for similar features.
