Hey everyone! I've just finished setting up my dedicated email server after a couple of tough days, and now I'm facing a big issue. I work as a freelance developer managing multiple domains for myself and clients who also need email services. However, when I send an email to myself, it ends up in the spam folder. I've read about the concept of warming an IP, but I'm confused—should I warm just the main mail server domain or each individual domain? Also, I see that my IP has a blacklist issue. Any advice to help me out would be greatly appreciated!

Honestly, being a freelance developer doesn’t automatically make you a pro at managing an email server. If your clients need email services, consider getting a reputable email reseller account instead. Setting up your own server can quickly become a headache, especially trying to keep your emails out of spam.

I get that, but this server is also for my personal use, and I'm tired of paying so much for email services. It feels like a good opportunity to learn.
