I've been studying Computer Science since I was ten, starting with simple things like Scratch games and gradually moving to more complex projects, including web apps, Python games, and low-level programming with Rust. I later learned C and delved into data structures and algorithms for about five months. However, I've hit a bit of a slump and haven't coded in the last four months, mostly due to distractions from games like Factorio and Minecraft. As college applications approach, I'm feeling pressured to get back on track and dealing with some imposter syndrome. So, should I specialize in one area until college, or continue exploring multiple topics? Additionally, I'm considering focusing on Rust. Any advice would really help!

Your goal should definitely be getting into a good university and earning a CS degree or something related. That diploma can open up a lot of doors for you in the future.
Branch out and learn a few different programming languages. College will teach you how to code effectively, but having a diverse skill set can really help you stand out.
I think your priority should be getting into college. Focus on activities that will boost your applications. Remember, a CS degree is more about math than just computer tinkering. Don't get too caught up in the coding side for now.
I get that, but it's important to keep skills fresh too, right? How about a balance of both?
That sounds smart! I'll make sure to check out different languages while I still have time.
