Is My i9-10850K Overheating During Stress Tests?

Hey everyone! I have a question about my Core i9-10850K. Is it normal for it to reach 100°C when running stress tests with OCCT, especially during the Power test? Here's my setup: I'm using an Intel Core i9-10850K with an ID-Cooling Frostflow X 240mm AIO cooler, powered by a 650W 80 Plus Bronze PSU. I applied new thermal paste less than 3 months ago. During the OCCT Power test, my CPU hits 100°C in under a minute, drawing up to 256W, and I've noticed some thermal throttling on a few cores. However, in typical use, like gaming, it runs at around 70% usage, 4.3GHz, with temps between 44-48°C and about 66W draw. At idle, it's stable between 27-30°C. Is this behavior something to worry about? Does OCCT really push it to the thermal limit, or is this expected? Thanks for any insights!

You might want to try out other stress tests like Prime95 or Cinebench. They can give you a better idea of how your CPU performs under load in a more realistic scenario.
