I'm having trouble flashing the BIOS on my B850i Lightning motherboard. I've followed all the steps from the ASRock website, but after more than 10 attempts, I'm still seeing a solid green light. It managed to work once before, but it took a lot of tries back then too. I'm using a properly formatted USB 2.0 drive and I'm sure I'm plugging it into the correct slot. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I might be missing?

It sounds like you might not be using a compatible processor for that motherboard at the moment. Did you rename the BIOS file to CREATIVE.ROM? ASRock has specific naming conventions for their ITX boards, which might be causing the issue. It could be worth checking that out.
If your PC is already set up and you're just trying to switch the BIOS version, double-check that the USB drive is formatted to FAT32. Also, make sure that you're using the latest BIOS file that corresponds to your motherboard version. Sometimes, the sequence of actions matters too, like making sure you initiate the flash before powering on the system.
