I just built a new PC and I'm trying to install Windows 11 from a USB drive. However, I keep getting this error message: "the selected disk has a MBR partition table. On EFI Systems, the operating system can only be installed to GPT disks." My SSD is supposed to be 2TB, but it shows that it only has 87.5GB available. How can I fix this issue? Here are my specs for reference: Ryzen 7600, RX 9060XT, and 32GB of RAM with a 2TB Samsung SSD.

To tackle this problem, boot from your USB and when you see the disk selection page, try to delete all partitions on your SSD. Just select the unallocated space to proceed with the installation. You shouldn't format it; deleting is enough to reset it for installation.
First things first, make sure to back up any data before you proceed because this can wipe your drive! When you reach the drive selection screen, hit the options button and delete all partitions. Then, select the space that says 'Unallocated' and hit next to continue with the installation.
But it won't let me modify the partitions! The only thing I can see is that 87.5GB space, and it’s super frustrating.
I can’t delete anything. It says I can only see a tiny 87.5GB partition and it won't allow me to edit partitions since it's a brand new drive.
