I'm considering whether I should upgrade my current graphics card from a 4060 Ti with 8GB of VRAM to a 5070 with 12GB. Here are my current specs: Intel i7-1400K, 32GB RAM, a 750W PSU, and an AORUS Z790 motherboard. I also have a 2K 180Hz monitor. I'm curious if this upgrade is worth it, especially since my current GPU provides more than 100 FPS at ultra settings in 1440p. What do you all think?

It really depends on how satisfied you are with your current performance. If you're managing over 100 FPS in the games you love at 1440p ultra, then maybe it's not necessary to upgrade right now. But if you feel like your system could push out more performance, that’s a different story!
If you're planning on playing modern AAA games and want to fully utilize your 2K monitor’s specs, upgrading could benefit you in the long run. But keep an eye on upcoming releases; the prices might adjust after the 6000 series hits the market.
Honestly, if you're spending around $650 to $700 for the 5070, I wouldn't recommend it at that price. For a little more, you could get a 5070 Ti which offers significantly better performance.
I know, right? The pricing is a bit steep, and I might as well wait for the next round of graphics cards to get a better deal.
I'd hold off for now. Prices are likely to drop soon with the next series releasing. The Super versions of these cards are probably going to give you better bang for your buck.

Yeah, my 4060 Ti is still doing fine for me too. Just want to make sure I’m future-proofed.
