I'm really feeling lost in the sea of AM5 motherboards right now. I'm in the market for a B650 board and I've come across a few options like the MSI Gaming Plus, TUF Gaming Plus, Aorus Elite AX, and Asrock Pro RS. It's tough to pick one since I keep hearing both good and bad things about them. Also, are PCIe 5.0 slots available on B650 boards, or is that feature exclusive to B650E boards? I feel like I can only find one B650E board for every twenty B650 boards out there!

For B650 boards, ASRock and MSI are definitely top contenders. Personally, I lean towards ASRock because their motherboards tend to look nicer and usually have more features at a competitive price.
Just a heads up, ASRock has had issues with some 9000 series CPUs. If you can, try to avoid that combo!
Thanks for the tip! But quick question, is PCIe 5.0 even available on B650 boards, or just on those B650E ones? I’ve noticed a lot more B650 boards than B650E.
