Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my PC but want to stick with my current motherboard, which is an X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING. Right now, I have 16GB of RAM, an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X processor running at 3600 MHz, and a 2070 SUPER GPU with 8GB. I'm planning to bump my RAM up to 32GB, but I'm not sure about which GPU and CPU to choose. Ideally, I'd like to run Helldivers 2 at max settings with a stable 60 FPS. My budget is around 500-700 euros. I came across an ASUS Prime Radeon RX 9060 XT OC Edition with 16GB GDDR6 for about 400 euros. Do you think that's a good pick? I've heard my motherboard might handle it despite being a bit older. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

The 9060 XT 16GB is definitely a solid choice! Any variant of the 9060 XT will work well, so if you prefer something cheaper for similar specs, that's also an option. For the CPU, I'd recommend looking at either the 5700X3D or the 5800X3D if you can find them—both are great performers. But keep in mind, the AM4 X3D CPUs might be tricky to find as they’re out of production now!
Just a heads up, though—the 5700X3D is priced similarly to going AM5, but performance might take a hit if you go that route.
I've mostly settled on my upgrade plan but I'm unsure if everything's compatible with my motherboard. Here's what I'm looking at: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 32GB RAM, and a PALIT GEFORCE RTX 5060 TI INFINITY 3 with 16GB GDDR7. What do you think?
Consider the 5600x3d if you can find it! It's a good match for the 9060 XT and should give you a nice boost without overspending.
You could do well with a 5600 combined with the 9060 XT and 32GB RAM for about 550 euros. It'll give you great performance at 1080p, especially in less CPU-heavy games. Just keep in mind that sticking with your 2600 for now might work, but the AM4 chips are becoming scarce.
What other GPUs could you suggest? I need something that can keep 60 FPS at 1440p in that price range.
I also found the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X for 160 euros. Think it's compatible?

I spotted the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X with 36MB at 4.7GHz for 160 euros. Seems like a decent deal!
