Is This HP Laptop Good Enough for My Needs?

I found this HP 17.3" Touchscreen Laptop with an AMD Ryzen 5 processor on Costco's website. As a mom running a small nonprofit, I use Lightroom for editing family photos, Cricut for crafting, and Canva for making flyers, along with Excel for spreadsheets. I'm not tech-savvy and after researching, I find I've got even more questions. Is this laptop a decent choice for what I need?

Watch out for laptops sold at Costco. They often carry less reliable models that are bulk buys; I've seen plenty of issues with HPs from there in my repair shop. I suggest checking out a Lenovo IdeaPad instead, as it's a solid budget option that can handle Lightroom and Excel with ease!

Is it just HP I should be cautious about? I noticed Costco has that Lenovo model for $499.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. The resolution seems limited, and it's probably part of the Pavilion series, which isn't the best. My wife uses a Lenovo IdeaPad with a 17" 1080p display, and it really helps with detailed work like crafting and editing photos.
