Hey everyone, I bought a certified refurbished 2020 MacBook Pro from Best Buy about a year ago for college. It was working okay, but I've been having some issues lately. There were times when I'd open it up and it would crash, saying it restarted due to a problem, but pressing the report button never helped. Sometimes it would crash and only wake up after charging for a bit and holding the power button. Last night, I left it on while I slept, and when I woke up, the screen was completely black. It was plugged in all night, but it won't turn on now. I've tried a bunch of fixes, like letting it charge for half an hour and holding the power button in various combinations, but nothing works. I have to go back to college on Sunday and I'm really worried about losing my unbacked projects. Any solutions would be super appreciated!

Is it an Apple Silicon model or Intel? Also, check if you have any warranty coverage from Best Buy. If it’s under warranty, you might need to get it serviced by Apple or take it back to Best Buy.
I'm pretty sure it's Apple Silicon, but I'm not 100% certain. Do you think I should just take it to the store?
