I'm looking for web hosting providers that allow the use of HTTP-01 challenges to obtain Let's Encrypt certificates automatically. This inquiry isn't about typical website hosting but focuses on managing DNS zones for companies' domains, particularly for mail services in simpler scenarios, and dealing with external developers creating basic sites. Often, customers want to transfer their DNS zones to a web host simply to automate the Let's Encrypt certificate process. Even if the hosting company offers reliable DNS services, transferring control to others can be problematic. I've also encountered web developers who make this request, which can seem unprofessional. I'm hoping to find a hosting provider that allows HTTP-01 challenges without requiring DNS zone control or access, either manually or via API. Any suggestions?

You actually don’t need DNS control with Let's Encrypt. You just need a way to serve up the challenge at the right URI to avoid DNS verification. There are various ACME clients that can work with Let's Encrypt depending on the hosting platform you're using.

Can you recommend a web hosting company that allows web developers to set up those ACME or Certbot bots easily, especially those standard WordPress plans?
