I'm running an R5 5600 with 32GB of ADATA XPG RAM (4 sticks rated at 3600 MHz), but every time I try to set it to any XMP profile or manually adjust the frequency above the default 2666 MHz, my PC fails to boot. Is there something I'm missing?

It sounds like your RAM configuration might be pushing your CPU's memory controller too hard. Just because the RAM can handle higher speeds doesn't mean your Ryzen 5 5600 can manage all four sticks at those frequencies. You might want to keep it at lower speeds for stability.
It's worth noting that with consumer platforms, running four RAM sticks can lead to more limitations on speed. Official specs suggest the Ryzen 5 5600 is rated for a maximum of 2933 MHz with four sticks, so trying for 3600 MHz might be asking for trouble. You could drop to fewer sticks for better speed options or stick with the slower settings for stability.
Have you checked if the RAM is on your motherboard's QVL list? This can make a huge difference. Your ASRock 550M should officially support ADATA RAM, so that's a plus!
