My brother's iPhone is disabled because he forgot the password, and we've tried guessing several times. Now it's locked for one hour. To make things worse, he can't remember his Apple ID or which email he used to create it. We really need to unlock this phone. Is there any way to do it?

You can erase the phone completely, but you should then contact Apple with the original proof of purchase to help with unlocking it.
You can't just erase it without the Apple ID. After erasing, you will still need to input the Apple ID to set up the device again. If you have no access to that, it’s pretty much locked unless you can find a way to recover the Apple ID.
If the activation lock is on, you’ll need the Apple account to use the phone after erasing it. Your brother really needs to try to remember that information, as there's no way around it without it. Without the Apple ID, you'd need the original purchase receipt to request activation lock removal.
