I've been dealing with a major issue lately: my CPU usage has been stuck at 100%! This started happening a couple of days ago and I've tried a bunch of things but nothing seems to help. I removed Norton, reset my PC, and ran multiple scans with Malwarebytes and Windows Defender, but the problem persists. When I check Task Manager, I notice that various processes use up my CPU, but there's no single culprit. It feels like something is causing other applications to run high on CPU. I really need some assistance here!

First off, can you tell us what CPU and operating system you're using? That'll help narrow things down for troubleshooting.
Have you checked which specific processes are consuming your CPU? In Task Manager, it can provide hints about what's going on. Lately, it looks like Opera GX is taking up a lot of your CPU, but it fluctuates between different processes like Desktop Window Manager and some System32 files. You might want to try closing out of Opera and see if that helps.

I'm using Windows 11 with an AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core Processor.
