I'm on the hunt for affordable graphics cards, ideally ones priced at $100 or less. Any recommendations would be really helpful!

Honestly, if you can save up a bit more, it's worth it. A $300 card, like the 9060XT, will outperform those budget options significantly and give you access to new features like FSR4.
Honestly, I suggest saving up a bit more. Buying anything in this budget range feels like a waste in the long run, to be honest.
You might want to check out a used RTX 2070 or RX 6600XT if you can find them in that price range. New cards for that budget aren't really worth it, so used is the way to go!
The RX580 8GB is a solid choice, often going for around $50 used. It's one of the best cards for the price. Also, the 1070Ti for around $100 offers great value too!
That's a good point! The RX580 is definitely a bang for your buck.
If you're okay with spending a little over $100, used 1080Ti's can be found for around $150, which is totally worth it if you can manage.
If you're patient, you might find a 2080 Ti below $200. It's superior and supports DLSS 4!
