I recently cleaned my RTX 3070TI because it was really dusty and loud. Knowing the thermal paste was old, I disassembled it, cleaned all the parts (letting everything dry), and replaced the thermal paste. However, when I put it back in my PC, there's no output—while the GPU fans are spinning, the motherboard's VGA LED is still lit, which I believe means the motherboard isn't detecting the GPU. Does this indicate that my GPU might be dead? I've also cleared the CMOS and checked the PCIe slot for dust, ensuring everything is connected properly, but I'm still not getting any output.

How did you clean your GPU? Using compressed air or a duster is usually safe, but if you used wet wipes, be careful! Wet wipes can potentially leave residue or cause shorts if not dried properly. Also, spinning the fans manually while cleaning can sometimes generate voltage, which could fry the GPU. Just something to consider!
