How to Cancel a Scam Subscription Charged via Apple Pay?

I recently paid a dollar for the results of an IQ test I took online, using Apple Pay. Now, I've noticed charges trying to go through for $25 each on my Apple Pay account. Thankfully, I don't have enough balance for them to go through. I want to cancel this subscription, but I never created an account on the website (eFAQ) and haven't had any luck getting a response from their email support. I'm unsure how to proceed as I want to ensure I can continue using Apple Pay without getting charged.

Just to clarify, did you sign up through an app store, or was it simply a one-time payment using Apple Pay? If it was just a transaction, you'll need to contact your bank or Apple Pay support directly to dispute the charges rather than Apple.

Have you checked the subscriptions tab in your settings? Sometimes, subscriptions can be found there even if you're not sure that you signed up through Apple. It could help to clarify if this is managed through Apple or directly through the website.

They mentioned they couldn't find any subscriptions listed.

Yeah, I tried that too, and it says I don't have any active subscriptions.

Definitely reach out to Apple Support. They can guide you on how to proceed if the charges are coming through Apple Pay.

If you go into the Wallet app, tap on your Apple Cash card, and check the upper-right corner for your card number. You might find options there for 'Report an Issue' regarding the transaction you made, which might help resolve the situation.
