I recently installed Windows 11 Pro, and when I try to open Microsoft 365 Copilot, I get an error saying, "Sorry, we ran into a problem loading this app, please reload the app or try another time." Has anyone else faced this issue or found a solution?

So I spoke with support about this, and they mentioned that Windows 365 Copilot is undergoing maintenance. It's mainly available for business and enterprise accounts, not personal ones. In the meantime, you can still use the individual Office 365 apps by downloading Microsoft 365 Personal from the Microsoft Store. I was able to do this and it works fine! Just a heads up, the Copilot app is separate from their chatbot, which is also running smoothly for me.
I've been stuck with the same issue for over a week. Tried resetting, repairing, reinstalling, and even creating a new Windows user account, but nothing seems to help. It's really frustrating!

Ugh, that sounds rough! At least you can access Microsoft 365 online for Word and other apps while the Copilot situation is a bust. They're probably working on it.
