I'm thinking about adding another 16GB RAM kit to my system, but I want to know if that could cause any issues. I already have 16GB installed and want to fill up my last two slots. Could this mix-up lead to problems?

If you're using DDR5, getting another set of the same type is a solid move! Just check if your motherboard is optimized for 4 sticks. AMD usually does a good job at finding settings for mixed RAM.
Nothing bad will happen! Most systems handle mixed RAM well, but just keep an eye on the overall performance. It should work as long as the speeds and voltages are compatible.
Motherboards can be picky about having all slots filled, but in general, you've got nothing to lose by trying. Just make sure all your sticks match in size and speed. Worst case, it might run slower.
Be cautious. While it’s possible to run 4 sticks, I’ve seen AMD boards act a bit sluggish with all slots filled compared to just using 2. If you can afford it, I’d recommend getting a 32GB kit instead—better performance in the long run! You could sell your old RAM to help pay for it.
