Hey everyone, I recently had my phone stolen and it had my most important email account on it. Now I can't log in on my new phone because I don't remember the password. When I try to reset it, the recovery link is sent to my old phone. Can anyone help me figure out how to regain access to my account?

It sounds really frustrating! Unfortunately, if you didn't set up any recovery options beforehand, it might be tough. Google has an account recovery process that you can try, but if you’re unable to verify your identity, it’s going to be tricky. You can start here: support.google.com/mail/answer/7682439?hl=en-EN. Good luck!
Just a heads up, a lot of people might be skeptical because it’s pretty common to see a 'hacker' trying to retrieve accounts. But if you truly need help, try contacting Google’s customer support directly or using their recovery options. Just be sure to stay safe online!
