I'm stuck trying to log into my laptop because it's set to a Belgian AZERTY keyboard layout, but I'm using a US keyboard. The big problem is that my password includes a backslash (), but that key doesn't exist on my US keyboard setup. I can't get to my login screen since the backslash isn't available to me, and trying alt codes didn't help either. I thought about waiting until I can get my hands on a Belgian keyboard, but I'd really like to solve this sooner—any tips on how I can bypass this?

You might want to try this method: while on the login screen, look for the **Ease of Access** icon next to the power button and select **On-Screen Keyboard**. This should allow you to use a visual keyboard to type in your admin credentials!

I just saw that I can choose the keyboard option in the bottom right corner while looking for Ease of Access. I swear this option wasn't there before when I looked! Your suggestion helped a lot, thanks!
