Why Aren’t My GPU Fans Spinning?

Hey everyone! I'm really new to PC building and could use some help. I just finished assembling my first PC, and for the first week, all my fans were working perfectly. I had an issue with the RGB not lighting up because I forgot to connect it to the controller, but after fixing that, my GPU fans stopped spinning. I have an AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT. When I power on my PC, the fans spin for a few seconds but then stop completely. The highest temperature I've seen is 52°C, and even then, the fans aren't running. I know it's supposed to be normal for GPU fans to not spin to save energy, but they always spun before I fixed the RGB issue, so I'm concerned that something might be wrong.

It's totally normal for GPU fans to stay off when the GPU isn't under heavy load. They typically ramp up when you're playing games or running demanding applications. You might just be seeing the Zero RPM mode in action!

Thanks for the info! But what if they still don't spin during gaming?
