I'm looking to build a gaming PC with a budget of around $2000, but I can stretch it to $2500 if necessary. Here are the main components I have in mind:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE 66.17 CFM
- GPU: AMD RADEON RX 7900XT, 20GB GDDR6
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 64GB DDR5 6000MHz CL38
- Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-E GAMING WIFI
I'm looking for any advice, suggestions, or better alternatives to these parts that would still fit within my budget. Thanks in advance!

I noticed a small mistake; you listed the GPU on the CPU line. Also, consider that 64GB RAM is generally overkill for gaming. A 2x16GB kit should be sufficient. Look for RAM with speeds like 6000 CL30.
Also, be sure to check the height of the CPU cooler and the length of the GPU against your case to avoid fitting issues. Lastly, you might want to check out the 9070XT since it could perform better in rasterization compared to the 7900XT!
What do you plan to do with your PC? That might help narrow down the components better!
I'm mainly focusing on gaming.
Thanks for the tip! I didn’t think about the fitting measurements.
