Looking for Advice on My First PC Build

I'm building my first PC and have some components already. I have an A320M motherboard, which is quite basic, and a 500W EVGA power supply. Currently, I'm using 8GB of RAM and a Ryzen 3 2200G without a dedicated GPU. I'm considering upgrading to 16GB of RAM along with either a Ryzen 5 5600GT or a Ryzen 5 5500, possibly adding an RX6600 XT for graphics. My question is: will my motherboard support these CPUs, and which one should I choose? Also, since I mainly play games like OW2, CS2, and Valorant that aren't too demanding, do I really need to invest in that GPU?

Before diving into upgrades, what's your budget for this build? It really helps narrow down options. If your budget is around $400, we can make it work!
