I just purchased a brand new 24 TB Seagate Expansion External Hard Drive, but after using CrystalDiskInfo to check its health, I'm concerned. The drive has only been powered on 11 times and has run for a total of 71 hours, which is less than three days. However, it currently shows a pending sector count of 21 and an uncorrectable sector count of 21, resulting in a health status of 'caution.' Since it's a brand new drive, should I try to get a replacement from BestBuy ASAP before the return window closes?

Yeah, if you can return it, I’d definitely recommend doing that. With those pending and uncorrectable sectors, it could be a sign of a failing drive. It’s always better to be safe, especially since it’s new!
Can you explain why returning it is the right move? I want to understand the risks before I take it back.
