Hey everyone! I'm really confused about my storage situation. My apps and files only total up to around 10GB to 15GB max, but my system is showing 740GB used! I only have about 20GB left, and I'm not sure why. Can anyone help me figure out what might be using all that space? I'd really appreciate any suggestions or tools I can use to check this out! Thanks!

It sounds like your Windows installation might not be displaying the actual storage accurately. I recommend using a tool like Winstat to get a clearer picture of what's taking up all your space. Make sure to check the "more categories" section to see if it reveals anything you missed.
Also, I found that apps like "Everything" can help sort through your files by size, which might reveal unexpected culprits. For me, it was Windows Update files that were using a ton of space!
I'd suggest checking out TreeSize as well; many users have found it really helpful for troubleshooting storage issues. Just make sure you get the complete view by checking all the tabs! It's a bit surprising how misleading the Windows storage UI can be.
You should definitely try installing Wiztree. It’s a fantastic tool that will pinpoint exactly what's hogging your storage.
Lastly, if you haven’t already, take a look in your Disk Manager. Sometimes storage can be unallocated or hidden, causing confusion about how much space is really available.
