I'm looking for a weekly planner app similar to Google Calendar that lets me view my week clearly. I want to be able to add tasks to it so I can manage my time effectively. I considered using Google Calendar, but it's frustrating that I can't hide irrelevant time blocks, especially at night when I don't plan anything—it's just cluttering my view. I'm juggling work, personal projects, learning, and other responsibilities, so I need a solution that helps me keep everything organized. I'm using KDE, and bonus points if the app can be easily accessed from the taskbar or menu bar.

You might want to look at Kalendar, which is now called Merkuro Calendar. It's quite good, especially if you're using Nextcloud's web UI. Both Merkuro and KOrganizer utilize Akonadi, so you can display all your calendars in the clock widget on the menu. Just make sure to enable them in the widget's settings!
Have you checked out KOrganizer? It's designed for KDE and could fit your needs pretty well!
No, I haven't tried it yet. Does it integrate with the top bar so I can access the calendar quickly?
I can't seem to hide early morning or late-night hours in either Kalendar or KOrganizer. Plus, the calendar widget doesn’t show my daily tasks. Any idea what settings I need to adjust?
